Let's face it, times are Rough right now.
Thousands are being laid off from their jobs and there's probably more to come.
The news announced that we are now in a recession.
What are you willing to do about it? How are you going to stay motivated
when you're not making any sales?
These are tough questions, I know. I even asked myself those same questions
and decided I was going to move on. Yes, it is very hard to stay focused
during these hard times but if we start lagging now, that's not going to
make things better. Right?
Now more then ever we must stick to our daily plans. Whether it be marketing,
sales or whatever it is you do to earn your living, start getting back
to your daily plan.
Write down your goals for the next year. Forget about resolutions, those
Never work. You need to set goals for yourself and write them down starting
with the most important goal first. Accomplish that goal then move on to
the next goal.
Whatever you do, Finish your goals!
There is Not a better feeling in the world then knowing that you finally
accomplished something. Those are the times when you can actually pat yourself
on the back knowing you did a good job.
That is also the way to stay motivated is to stick to your daily plan.
If you dread doing your job, then I suggest finding something that you
enjoy doing. When you enjoy doing your job, that's when the rest will fall
into place. It's so much nicer to wake up and love what your doing instead
of, oh I wish I had today off.
Yes, I've been there too. I think we all have.
Even if your family doesn't support your decision in whatever you choose
to do, as long as you have the determination, you can accomplish anything
you choose. I did it and so can you!
All the best,
Audra
